On October 24th, Smith Lab marked 2 major milestones-celebrating two years since our founding at UC San Diego, & the grand opening of our newly relocated space at the Center for Neural Circuits and Behavior (CNCB)!
We gathered with our research team, friends, and mentors for an evening of food, drinks, trivia, and pumpkin painting, creating new memories in our new space. This move from Pacific Hall to CNCB gives us more room for our growing team to further our research on the social transfer of pain.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to support our work. We are excited for the next phase of our journey- stay tuned for more updates from our new home!
